graduation project - fifth year studio
The project located in the city center of Herzliya.
The initial focus was locating significant areas of the city center that are abandoned or constitute an area that has a significant impact on the entire urban center.
The location of the project is Sokolov Street from which urban development began in the 1920s.
The project includes reference to existing buildings such as the Cinematheque and conservation buildings such as the Rishonim House Museum and the historic town building.
The project proposes to create new urban space by designing a cinema gallery - library building and mix use residential and commercial buildings.
